OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO...
- Has a desire to help people, and a strong sense of empathy & compassion for their needs
- Has intermediate knowledge of WordPress and other web technologies
- Is willing to learn new things, and has an aptitude for technology
- Has a minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting customers' use of their website or technical services via telephone, email, and chat
- Has the ability to prioritize and multi-task under time constraints
- Has experience working with Intercom
THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
- Monitoring and responding to customer issues via email, chat or web.
- Managing customer issues from the initial report and documentation through resolution.
- Identifying, recreating, researching, and resolving product issues and document knowledge gained.
- Managing customer relationships from initial contact through problem resolution.
- Drafting, reviewing and updating knowledge articles and other product support documents
